Video card question

Can you hook up the 3pin connector on the card directly to the mobod so the mobod can control the fan speed?

You mean plug the video card's cooling fan directly into the motherboard? I guess you could, although the MB has no way to directly monitor the temperature of the GPU...

Is there a gpu that is quieter than the others. Some roar like the wind that I have heard or whine like a woman.
