Video Card Question - TV-Out...Please Help

I need a PCI video card that has TV-out capability, that can run both (tv-out and monitor) at the same time. I am going to be using some teleprompter software, so I need both the tv and computer monitor to be operable. Any suggestions that would do the trick would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Seems like the Matrox G450 PCI would be a good choice. However their website says the PCI version only works well with Intel chipsets, FWIW. It's $135 or less.

ATI seems to have the better quality with TV-OUT... don't know about the matrox line of cards, but you can easily pick up something like a ATI Radeon SDR pci with tv-out for around 65-70 dollars new or an older ATI ALL IN WONDER 128 CARD with tv-out for around the same price on ebay or a little more for new. You may also be able to find an older ati all in wonder card with 8 or 4 mb thats in pci format. That might be your best bet. The ATI cards should be able to do svideo out or svideo to a rca converter out. I've been looking for a good pci card with tv-out myself for a emulation gaming machine to hook to my TV...gotta love playing old school super mario bros on a big screen tv.
