hehe, get a few more readers with the title change...

I have a standard Geforce 256DDR with monitor output only. I was in a thrift shop and I found a cable which plugs into the video card and then has a s-video and video out cords.

Can I use and plug it into my TV?

Do I need to go into the settings > advanced and change the monitor?
