I know that there are tons of post asking which is the best video card but I am pretty confused. Could someone post what is the best to middle to worst video card with a short description why for the average user. For gamers and occasional gamers. I am building a computer for the neighbor girl who does want to game but want to keep the price down for her. Thanks
 
If you have about $100 to spend, I would reccomend getting the Radeon DDR LE for about $82 shipped from www.newegg.com . If you are in the sub-$50 category, I would suggest buying a used Voodoo 3 2000 on the for sale forum.
