Video Card Problems...

My brother's computer is having video issues. It all started when I installed a DVD burner (physically installed) and I closed the case up. Everything booted up fine, until we were trying to run a game of C&C Generals and the game started crashing to desktop. Then eventually, the image would start to corrupt or free up, then I would shut the computer off.

Now when I'm trying to reboot, the monitor is not registering as being connected... (the power save mode stays on...)

Any tips?

Its a TI-4600 graphics card...

I'll work on resetting the bios. I have a fear that its something wrong with the AGP slot on the motherboard. We'll see. Thanks for the help guys.

To see if the card is still good, try it in another computer. For your current system, working on the bios settings is a good place to start.
