Thats the +5v prong, looks like you should check your PSU, there was possibly a surge from it. Get ahold of a multimeter and test the +5v line of your PSU, it whould not be lower than 4.5v and not higher than 5.5v .
That was caused by poor contact from the plug to the card. Clean it off and fix the loose connection and it should work fine provided the card didnt suffer from the bad contact.
