Video card problem?

Hello, my video card is a BFG 7900GS, this one to be exact. It says that its memory clock speed is 1320mhz, but RivaTuner and Powerstrip recognize it as 660mhz. I am wondering why it is running so low. Thank you.

Edit: Never mind, I figured it out.
