Video Card Problem?

So I have my 6800 EVGA Nu that i got from newegg when they first released it. I unlovked the xtra pipe and vertex and ran 3dmark no problem. I played feel today and all looks great as well except when it the screen goes black to change the map or you go into crazy dimensia mode and see weird things, are these miniscule white dots are on the screen. Hardley noticible. I dont think there artifacts cause they move around rapidly and change position and dont look like any picture of an artifact ive seen. As I have said i dont think its artifacting as my card is at 700/325

Is there a way i can capture a small video

well, people usually put core speed first, memory speed 2nd, so t ohim it probably looked like 700 core/650 ram(people do sdr speed for ddr ram sometimes)
