Video card Problem

hi, I can't seem to fix my video card problem, I try reinstalling the detonator drivers over and over, and it won't fix it. Okay! Here the problem, everytime I wanna benchmark my video card using 3dmark2001, in the middle of benchmarking the video card, it just reboot my pc for no reason. I have no idea! There a screen shots of errors below right after I log into window. Does any one here know how to fix this problem! I have a visiontek ti500 video card!

maybes its over heating benchmarks are very strenous on hardware

simple check which will tell you if it is heat (but if it doesnt help, doesnt necessarily rule it out) is to take off the side panel/door of the case and try it. this allows for more air circulation, and while youre at it check the video card fan is spinning and that the heatsink isnt choked with dust or something. actually if its just rebooting without the display showing odd speckles or strange graphics artifacts beforehand, do the same check on your cpu heatsink fan, and next time it reboots during the benchmark hit DEL key when it says to enter BIOS and check what it says about temperatures. Can also use a program like MBM5 or SpeedFan (speedfan probably easier of the two to setup).

Also, if you really wanna stress test try out Prime95 (http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm). If it stops running the torture test because of an error, it is most likely cpu/ram. Also, what kind of other components do you have in your system and what power supply do you have? Your power supply might be getting too much of a current drain under full system load.

The most common problem with hard resets are from faulty driver installations or a possible hardware failure. If you've been overclocking your video card to try and get better numbers you may have already fried your video card. Just go by a new one!

I have a 350w power supply, okay I took out the side panel of the case and benchmarlk, it was at it's last test, and it frooze and boot, here the temp I took right after it booted, I went to bio and temp of the cpu ram was at 64, log into window and open speedfan. Here the picture of the speedfan below: Do you see any problem, and how can I fix this. I'm getting a new card shipped this week, and currently I'm going to sell it, just want to make sure if it is my videocard or the cpu/ram.

I have one fan blowing to the cpu ram hangign above, the side panel fan is blowing inside. All fan is blowing in.
