Video Card Problem Please Help (Voodoo 3 2k)

My computer started to freeze suddenly in Windows. When I restarted the computer i noticed there were some white dots on the BIOS screen. Is my video card dead (voodoo 3 2k AGP) or is my AGP port screwed up?
