Video Card Problem or Not?

I have a new system with a Geforce2 GTS 64mb and am experiencing some problems. Games sometimes hang and it frequently crashes back to the desktop when launching games. I usually have to launch the game several times before it will work.

Also, when I am trying to exit out of a game it crashes to the "blue screen" and I have to restart the system.

Is this a video card problem or something else? Any info would be appreciated. This is driving me crazy. :|

Have you tried the leaked Detonator III v6.28 drivers yet? Alot of people are reporting a more stable WinME environment with those drivers vs. 6.18. Also, what how many watts is your power supply?

No, I haven't tried those drivers. Maybe I will.

My power supply is an Enermax 450W.

I'm running the P3V4X and my system would get BSODs when exiting from games. I traced it back to my RAM not being able to run with all the memory tweaks enabled. If you're using the memory tweaks with H.Oda's programs, try disabling them and see what happens.
