Video card price drops?

With dx10 and g80 on the horizon, will the video card market experience the same price drops as the cpu market? a 1/2 price cut on an x1900xt would be nice! What is the general consesnsus as to when the current crop of video cards will drop in price?

true, however, it is going to be very close in price to the $400 x1950xtx... shouldn't they drop it below $300?

The X1900XT is going to go down to an MSRP of $280 from what I hear with the coming of the X1950XTX.

That is a rediculous price... I need a newegg equivalent in Canada!!! I struggled to snag a deal for a x1900xt for like 320 w/taxes and it was used
