video card + power supply

getting ready to put together another puter. Last one I used a 510 watt psu for a BFG 6800u. This computer will have a 6800 gt in it. Will an antec 380 psu be sufficient power for the system? Will have one hard drive and floppy. Will be set up for gaming mainly. Just want to make sure we have enough. Box on 6800u says 480 psu needed. The only catch is that the case (antec) comes with a 380 (sonata). Don't really want to buy another psu if we don't need to.

thanks for input!!!!

hey cheesepoofs,

thanks for the heads up. We went here and antec specs say that the psu will provide 24 amps.

You saved us a lot of time and effort with your response...

thanks a bunch!!!!!
