Video Card - PCI/DirectX 9 fully compatible

Where can I find a PCI video card that is DirectX 9.0 compatible for a good price??

Compliant or compatible?

Compliant would have to be one of the geforce FX series, 5200 or 5500 I think for PCI.

Compatible could be any number of older cards.

Compatible does not mean a DX9 hardware compliant card such as an ATI 9800pro. An older DX7 or 8 card such as a ti4200 or radeon 9000 is DX9 compatible.
