Video Card overclocking with Vista.

Has anyone found a solution to overclocking Nvidia video cards when running Vista? I have heard the ATI overclocking utility would work but it seems to have a conflict and doesn't make it.

Bump, please help, in need of serious windows vista ultimate 64 bit edition clock adjustments for my 7800 GTX.

Boot Vista 64 each time with Driver Signing Disabled via the F8 menu. Rivatuner will work then.
