Video Card OC Questions

I own a Dell Dimension 4500, and i'm painfully aware that I cannot OC the processor, can I OC my video card?

Yes you can OC, It would probably help a ton.

Yes you can oc, but it probably won't help a whole lot. Right now your bottleneck is mostly your cpu, not video card.
