Anyone ever installed a video card and got NO signal? Does this mean the card is bad?
It happened to my Viper 2, now same with Elsa Gladiac GTS! How can this happen so often? My old cards work fine. I have no idea why this is happening so frequently. Any ideas before I ship it back? Thanks.

More info:
I installed a new Viper 2 and it worked. My old cards all worked. I'm sure I seated it correctly. Tried the Gladiac on a Abit BP6 and MSI 694D pro (it just beeps, which means either video moemory is bad, etc). Question is, should it post regardless of the mobo's bios settings?

Post your system specs: e.g. your motherboard, processor, memmory, operating system, etc.

It hard to pinpoint problems without this information.

Also, give a little more detailed rundown of the problem. Did your Viper2 ever work? After the Viper2 and/or GTS didn't work did you try the old cards again.

Also, list your BIOS setting relevant to system video like the AGP port setting.

There a lot of smart, very experienced people here who can probably solve your problem.

Edit: IT does sound like the card is not fully seated though, like sugardaddy said.

Well, if that card doesn't work and everything else does, then the card is bad. It won't post if the video card is broken, just gives you like 5 beeps I think.
