Video Card Not Getting Enough Power

Hey everyone I just got done with my first build and that included an Gigabyte NVIDIA 6600GT AGP.. When I got Windows installed and the drivers it immediatly told me that my card was not recieving enough charge. Now I am not sure what to do.. Any help would be great! Thanks

Did you plug in the video card power plug? If so, then you need a better power supply, what are you power supply specs and brand? 🙂

I had the same thing happen, move the video card to another connector that doesn't have anything else drawing power off of it.

Your vid card has a 4-pin power plug that you have to stick one of your PSU's 4-pin drive power leads into.

If you did that and you are still having problems, you need a better PSU than that Not-So-Silent Purepower. A Seasonic Super Tornado 400 would work well in such a situation.
