Video Card Leads Partially Missing - Advice Needed

I just opened up a video card that I bought off of Ebay last week (Celestica Radeon X600XT). All looks fine except that a couple of the gold colored leads appear to be partially scraped off. Do you think this will be problematic? I haven't been able to test it as I'm in the process of a new build. Should I keep the card if it appears to function properly, or should I send it back over concern that the partial leads will cause it to fail quickly? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you certain that they have been scaped off? On many cards, there are sometimes an absense of some gold pins. That is not a defect.... But if you can see physical damage to the gold pins, then yes, return it ASAP if you can.

Edit ** That is one of the reasons that I do not buy from EBAY... I am scared of getting screwed out of my hard earned money.

I've found a few other pictures of X600 PCI-E cards on the net and it appears as though this may be typical. Anyone with any input or experience on this is welcome though. Thanks!
