Video Card Issue

So, I recently bought some new hardware and am having a slight issue. I bought the Intel Core i3-2100 and a Biostar H61MH for a basic gaming rig.

The problem I am encountering is that the video will not output through the video card and will only output through the igp. This is a new chipset and I haven't used Intel's stuff in years, so I could be missing something.

Help!

Corsair Vengeance 8gb DR3 1600mhz
WD Cavier Blue 320gb
Antec Basic Plus 550W
HIS Radeon HD 4850 512mb

Have you checked the bios for any video card related options?

I did. I changed the Northbridge option to PCI-PEG as the primary video boot adapter. Nothing.

Maybe install the drivers for the 4850? Connect your monitor to the connectors on the AMD card?
