Hello All.

I just purchased a Sony Multiscan CPD-G400 Monitor (19" Trinitron).
Complete specs are available here:
http://www.ita.sel.sony.com/products/displays/corp/cpdg400.html

I would like to know what video card would be best to run this monitor. Please note that I NEVER play games, but spend A LOT of time just reading and browsing. I just want the clearest, most crisp image and text possible.

Please let me know what you think! Thanks in advance!
.Yarone

(Please note that I am currently running a 16MB diamond Viper nVidia TNT AGP card)

A Matrox G400 (either 16Meg or 32Meg). 2D quality is second to none, and if you're not a game player, this is definitely the card for you. They're relatively inexpensive now as well.

I'm sure every other response will tell you to get the same brand - their reputation for hi-res 2d is really that good.

Good luck :)
