Video Card Help

I am sure many have asked this question. I have been out of the loop for Video Cards right now. I am currently running an ATI 9800 PRO 128. I am looking to upgrade to a new AGP video card since I won't be going PCI-e until next spring. I have heard that the 6800GT is the way to go. But I have been an ATI fanboi forever. I have been looking at the ATI x800XT or XL. I am wondering which one is better for gaming 6800GT or X800XT or XL. Or anything else you guys have to reccommend in the price range of those two cards.
I dont know if it matter what games I play, but they re:
WOW, BF2, DOOM3, Guild Wars, F.E.A.R., Halflife 2.

If it were me, I would go with the XT. ALthough, the 2 cards your looking at isnt much different, just a little speed. The 6800 GT would run half those games better than the other two....but the Ati card would run better in HL2...Kinda equal's out really...

the 6800gt would run HL2 well enough and the others better. I would get the 6800gt but then you really cant go wrong between the 6800gt and the x800xt.

The 6800gs is supposed to be coming in AGP in the next couple of weeks. If you can wait, might throw that into the mix.

Its equal to a 6800GT but at a better price.
