Video Card Help

I am currently building a computer. I would like to use my current monitor. It is a Gateway Destintion 27in monitor/tv. I would like to setup up a vcr to my computer, but I am not sure what video cards to go with. I have been looking at the ATI All-in-Wonders. I will also be using it to watch tv. Any suggestions for video cards would be greatly appreciated. Also, I am looking at video cards below $200. If it isnt possible list the ones over $200. Thanks

You should probably look at an ATi-All-In-Winder 9000PRO, that will give you the TV function, and some graphics power, plus good image quality.
If that is out of your budget, then a Raedon 7500AIW might do as well.
I would say a Radeon for IQ/speed/function quality, not much else is out there anyway.

Do those video cards havea vhs in?My main object is to use my computer for movies and internet.....I will not be using for games that often if ever

The All-In-Wonder cards from ATI have TV in and TV out, so you can hook up just about anything you want to them. If you aren't going to be playing games, then the AIW Radeon 7500 won't cost too much and should have everything you need.
