I'm in the market for a video card that I can run a dvd/vcr into. is there such a card or is that a video capture card?

I want to digitalize my home videos and save them on computer.

Looking to spend around $100.00 to $140.00. Any and all help would be much appreciated

Do you need a vid card or a Tv tuner card? Hauppage PVR-250s are nice...

You could always learn to use search if you're in such a hurry. Asked and answered a thousand times in both General Hardware and Video.

...and in Software forum too, for programs for editing video and burning to DVD.
