video card heatsinks ???

I have a ASUS V9280S video card. Do these newer video cards now days have better cooling system on them ???

Or would I get better cooling from a Thermaltake GeForce 4 Highest Performance cooler, part # A1349

My abit siluro ti4200 64mb overclocks 10 more ticks on the core with the TT cooling kit than with the stock heatsink. Its also quite a bit louder as well.
