Hi all, I'm looking for a video card that is cable of capturing VHS video and transfering it to DVDs, but I'm not up on this market at all. Please suggest any video cards in this price range that can do this and also have decently fast normal performance. Are the ATI All-In-Wonder series cards good choices for what I want to do?
