video card for my sony.....help oh help

:confused:

so I have a sony (model number pcg-9u1l) and I want to play the elder scrollsIV oblivion but I dont think my video card is up to snuff....Radeon IGP 345m whatever the heck that means..........What do I do and where can I buy one and who the heck installs it, Yes I am painfully new at this.....I am not even sure if I need a new video card I looked at all of the system requirements and it is greek to me......help oh please help

According to my google, it is a notebook. You cannot replace video cards in notebooks 95% of the time, and the other 5% you cannot get much better then it came with.

Go download the newest video drivers for the video card from ATi's site ati.amd.com but that is about all you can do.

If it's IGP (integrated graphics processor), I believe that those boards don't even have a slot to accept a dedicated video card. But a 345m should be on par with Radeon 7500?
According to this thread, you won't ever be able to play Oblivion on it.
