Video card for a Pentium D 805 system

Hi ... wanted to get a suggestion to go with a Pentium D 805 system.
Currently using the GMA onboard graphic, but I was looking for either the X1600XT or the X1900GT for upgrade.

Any input will be greatly appreciated

My budget will be whatever the cost of either of those two cards ... might consider an nVidia product within similar price range.
