video card for 360W power supply

I have been having difficulty finding the most powerful video card that will work with a 360W power supply. More specifically one that will work with only 15A available on the 12v rail. Let me know if there are any viable options or if I should just stick with the onboard video of the G31 board.

Those two are pretty much the only options.
The GTS450 and HD5770 use way too much power, the GT440 is basically junk (see the thread on it).
The HD5750 uses about 70w peak on its own, and would probably be pushing it a little too much, depending on what else is in the system. 70w is about twice what the H5670 uses.
 
Thanks for the help guys! Its difficult to find specs on how many amps are required for video cards so I appreciate it.
