Video card flickers on second monitor

I am experiencing a problem with my video card. When I scroll up and down in an app on the main page, like in a browser window or a large document in Word, where you have to page down, there is terrible flicker on monitor #2. I tried swapping their positions in Windows so that the one with the flicker would be display 1, and the problem was still on the same screen. If I swapped the plugs of the two monitors on the card, same thing.

I took a video with my iPhone of the problem. If I knew where to host it. I tried uploading it to Tinypic but 10 minutes later it can't load a 90 meg file. :\

Anyway, it's an AMD XFX 5870 card. I upgraded to the latest BIOS. It's running on a Core i7-2600K system, Gigabyte z68 mobo, Windows 7-64, 16GB of memory.

Both have 60Mhz refresh rates. One is Viewsonic, the other LG.

I showed a video of the flicker to some techies and they said it's the card. And my other 5870 is also acting up. 560 Ti, here I come.
