Video card fan problems

My ATI card's fan is cutting out and dying, and it's causing graphics artifacts. I sent an email to ATI a week ago but no response yet and apparently the tech support number can only be reached if they give you an authorization number through the support system online??

I've had some experience with ATI's customer service before and it wasn't good. My card is still under warranty, and if I can't get this worked out with ATI (or AMD or whatever they're supposed to be called now) my next card most definitely will not be ATI.

Does anyone know how to get through to through to tech support or something, or any way to get them to do an RMA?
