Video Card Fan Direction

I have a Visiontek GF 3.

I am using a card cooler in conjunction with it:

I'm also thinking of grabbing a couple of these "The Super Slot Cooler"s:

and putting this in a free 5 1/4" bay, "The-Bay Freezer":

My question:

Which way does the air blow on the VisionTek HSF?

Is it blowing on the chip or away from the chip?

This will let me know if the "The Super Slot Cooler" will help or work against the GPU fan - depending on where I put the "The Super Slot Cooler".

yeah, it's pretty rare for a heatsink fan to blow away...almost all blow towards the heatsink
