Video Card Fan and CPU Fan

My CPU fan made loud beeping sounds yesterday and I'm sure that means its a failing fan so I'm trying to decide on which one to buy. I'm still using my 478 Northwood . Anyway, I was wondering what kind of brands are recommanded. I was looking at Artic Cooling a while ago and wondered if they can do the job. Any suggestions?

Edit: I forgot. I need a fan for my 9800 Pro and wondered if any fan that fits the PRO on newegg is fine.
