Video Card Drivers?

My main question is, as you probably seen in my other posts, is that my video card has been lagging a little bit and would cleaning the drivers help? I am going to add a fan to my side vent to push more air near the vid card and cpu. I am probably also going to install the Zalman v700 or whatever for better cooling also. But since my last card was a 9800pro and this one is a 6600gt, could cleaning the drivers benefit the card and help out with vid card lag? I mean its not laggin ALOT but i want it SMOOTH AS SILK!!

Yeah Driver Cleaner is a good program. DL it from here, though... it gives you a nice tutorial of how to do it. Also, try the XG drivers as they're optomized for performance without sacrificing image quality.
