video card driver update

did search but can't find it. What is the proper procedure to update ATI driver? just download it and click or uninstall the old one first?

I would definitely highly recommend that you remove your old drivers since you CAN get issues with new drivers if you still remnents of the old ones lying around. I would suggest the Omega 2.6.75a drivers over the Catalyst 5.10s . . .
