Video Card Doesn't Fit...Problems Restarting...

I can see that my Xentor 32 TNT2 Ultra doesn't quite fit all the way into the PCI slot.
I've tried multiple times to adjust the card, but it still won't fit correctly. All the other cards fit in fine.
I can still turn on my computer, play games, etc...
Sometimes when I restart my computer it doesn't restart and I have to try it again until it does...I don't know if this is due to the video card.
 
Have you tried putting that card in one of you buds pc's. It may have been a manufacturing defect in which case Xtenor should give you a new card.
