Video card cooling?

Been looking around for a 80mm fan to install to cool the GPU I'm running. The case manual recommened another TriCool fan, but I'm chocking that up to more advertising on the part of Antec. The thing is, the fan needs to have a low enough height that it won't bump into the card itself... with the chassis air duct in there won't be a whole lot of room left over.

Ideas?

So basically, you're looking for low profile 80mm fans?

I don't think there are any that are thinner than 25mm. With that said, I'd go with a 80mm GlacialTech SilentBlade to cut down on the noise level.

Zalman offers a 80x15<$10. Google 80x15 fan and have at it. Noise ramps up with the cfm on thin fans real quick.

For a real good fan, look for a discontinued HSF with an 80mm on it. They are generally 15mm thick and are of very high quality with very focused air flow, made for blasting a heatsink. Don't throw the sink away. Cut it up,lap it,then use for the NB & SB. 😀

Can't find much in the way of user experience reviews for the GlacialTech, just their website. Thanks for the input anyway.

Seems to be a lot of arguing going on over performance between Silenx, Panaflo, and Nexus 80mm fans. Lots of bad things about Silenx skewing their advertising and whatnot. Can anyone back up these claims and/or make a recommendation for one of these brands?

Well, they're not available in the US, so there goes half the internet. 😉

But, hungarian review sites simply love it, and I have yet to meet anyone who wasn't pleased with them.
