Video Card Coolers?

How do you attach a heatsink and fan to a video card? Is there some standard means for doing this, or is it more complicated? Thanks.

artic silver adhesive... or one some there is a little sticky pad... some of the newcards even have little posts that they mount on, it's not hard at all.
