First of all I wasn't sure which forum this should be placed under.
Not sure how to exactly say this, but when I have some tabs open in IE 9, some of them will cause the screen to ask weird (I can see part of what I was looking at & other part will become a blank screen). also the tabs will look like they moved to the very top of the browser window in addition to where they normal are. if I try clicking on the start menu, it looks like the start menu also moved to the top of the screen instead of the bottom left.
Anybody know what would cause this? So far, I have only seen it with IE & nothing else. I do use a 2 monitor setup & was thinking maybe the video card can't handle (or I need a bigger power supply) & trying the 2nd monitor on the onboard video, while having the main monitor on the main video to see if that helps. I don't use the 2nd monitor for playing any games.
