Video Card Buying Advice for 100$ or less

I'm looking to upgrade my vid card, now that ut 2003 is releasing...

Here are my Current specs:


ATHLON XP 1700+
384 MB SDR SDRAM
20 GB 7200 RPM HD
RADEON 64MB DDR VIVO

Ok

I think the Radeon is my biggest bottleneck right now. While DDR ram would be nice, I doubt it would improve performance more than a new vid card. If im wrong, please correct me.

I only want to spend about 100$ or less....

My question is, Can I get a significant upgrade to my Radeon for 100$ or less, and what would you recommend? how much will this improve my performance in unreal, and can I expect it to run doom3, or is doom3 so far ahead I shouldnt even think about it right now?
