Video card advice needed

I'm rebuilding my P4/2.66/ home PC. I've got a Intel 945PSN/2.8 dual core coming and I'll add 2GB ram and vista as the OS.

I need a PCIe video card and I'm lost in the sea of choices. I do office work and internet surfing and some DVD watching on my monitor.

What is a nice clear video producnig card that I can get without spending the bank?

Any GPU is fine for office work, internet surfing, and SD video viewing.

Hell, for that matter, any CPU is too, just about.

If your motherboard has integrated graphics that should suffice.

What made you choose the PentiumD 2.8? Not the best choice if you are building with new components.

Something like this would work very well.

Corsair 2x1GB DDR2-800 $28 after MIR

Even at stock speed this will be faster than an old Pentium dual-core and it has integrated graphics (adequate for your uses).
