Okay, my video input if the TV out port on my SONY tv. Im putting this via a RCA cable which converts into a stereo jack ( something like in this link, but with the yellow, white, and red cables >>http://www.monstercables.com/productPage.asp?pin=146) Im hooking this in my Sony PCG-GRT260G laptop with tv tuner.
Now the problem is that when I try to view something that s on tv(which is being broadcasted), my laptop screen shows black and white. The funny part is, if I run a dvd via a dvd player on my TV and try to capture while the TV is in video mode, THEN the video is colour. HOW ON EARTH DO I GET A COLOUR DISPLAY ON MY LAPTOP, WHILE LIVE TV IS BEING BROADCASTED????

Since you typed your original post, I assume you can read.

Do you see the thread at the top of the Highly Tehnical forum? The one that says "Do not post troubleshooting questions here. You MUST read these rules before posting in this forum"?

My suggestion is that you Do not post troubleshooting questions here. You MUST read these rules before posting in this forum.

Thanks, and have a great life.
