When he is reintroduced into society, anyone that is respectible will socially spit in his face.

He will get crocodile smiles when applying for jobs etc. but that's it.

He better learn how to cook crack and rob banks in prison because that's about his only future now. His girl is also being charged with a Felony.

Think of the outrage you felt when you watched that, now think of how the jury and judge felt too.

I don't know the first thing about the criminal justice system other than what I've learned in college and what I've seen on L&O. In any case, yeah, I know enough that this guy has no chance of a legitimate career nor does his gf. Fvck them both. That sort of unprovoked violence is just... Gah. I can't describe it.

I can't say that in that situation I wouldn't be frozen in fear, but even as big as that guy was I'm the kind of idiot that would rather get my ass kicked than to see someone else get beat on because some dumbass doesn't deserve to have been born. I would have kicked his square in the balls as many times as I could then do my best to subdue him.... even though I know it wouldn't do much of anything.
