Greetings...
I work for a company that is currently using a VCR to capture process related events. As you can expect, dealing with the old tapes is a real pain and I would like to move us up a notch. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what "cheap" video card would work for transfering from a VCR to a computer. Also, what software is best for this...? The purpose of this is to be able to copy the video (2 to 3 minutes tops) and burn it to a CD so that it can be shared across a network.
Thanks!
