I'm thinking of getting a cheap PCI video capture card that can do VIVO. I do some video editing for my church, so it would need to capture video in a very high quality.

Is there any difference in the video captured by say my ASUS 9600xt and with say an oldschool Radeon or even Rage AIW? How about stand alone video capture cards? Anything recommended?
