Video Capture for W2K

I need to have video capture capablities on a W2K system. I dont need Firewire, since I am capturing analog video. I need a analog capture system (S-Video/Composite). I am not goign to get a Radeon Chipset based video card since I have just had the guy spend 300$+ on a GTS2 64MB. So what do I have in options.

I was looking at this:

but it doesnt state W2K..

Any ideas.. I have 2 PCI slots available.

i've got a wintvgo from happauge. Cost me $30 , works well, i did a video, needed to capture in raw avi though
