Video capture for GF3

The Asus v8200 Deluxe and the Gainward Cardexpert GF3's both have tv capture. I have lots of VHS that I need to get to mpeg2. Does anyone know which of these cards have better capture. I know that not to many people buy a GF3 to convert old VHS tapes and stuff, but I was thinking about getting a Dazzle DV bridge for $220 that would do that very thing and then I saw a review of the Gainward and it hit me... I can get a gf3 card like that to do the captures and it happens to be packaged on the best type of 3d card out right now. So it just made more sense. So now I need to decide between the Asus and the Gainward. These two are similar in 3d performance but if anyone has any information about their capture abilities please let me know. Thanks.

or you could pick up a Pinical DC-10 I have one and it has very high quality captures. Or if you already got Firewire and a camera if you camera is like mine its got passthrough which means you can hook a VCR up to the camera and it would output fire wire (I believe most sony cams have this feasture others may but I'm not familiar with any brand but sony). Hope this was some help
