Video Capture card suggestions

I'm looking to buy a new video capture card. I have a Pinnacle studio 400, but I don't like it for many reasons. It's a parallel port, and I rather have an internal card or USB. It also doesn't produce a good quality picture and I can't make a 640x480 video. Any suggestions?

Do you want a tv tuner too or just capture? Which OS are you running? If your looking for a tuner as well the ati tvwonder is decent and cheap. About 40-45 dollars in the forsale forum here. $65 new.
