Video Capture Card - Recommendations

I'm looking to get a new video capture card... I want something that works well, supports Windows 2000 without any problem, works with a GeForce 2 card, and captures 640x480 at 30 fps.

Don't want an ATI All in Wonder or anything like that... Just something that captures video without any hassles and is cheap...

Looking for the same thing. Probably gonna get a Hauppauge card. Just don't get the PVR...horrible reviews on the hardware encoder.
