Video Capture card Question

I was new to the video capturing thing and purchased a Dazzle Fusion 6 in 1. The thing sucks. The video quality is not the greatest , I am having problems synching audio and video, and there is absolutely no tech support. I have a Direct TV system so I want something that can accept a digital signal. Can someone hook me up? Thanks

Does the Dazzle do digital?

I've only worked with Hauppauge and Asus tuners before and have never had a problem with synching audio and video? What codecs are you using?

Dazzle does not do much of anything. it comes with MovieStar5 and that is the only program I can get the thing to run on.

Got linux? Then do MythTV...

If not might want to try Snapstream

I run Windows XP. I have never heard of Snapstream. I looked at the Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP. know much about that?
